The attached letter from John & Kerry-Lynn Moede, residents of Williams, AZ, expresses their concern for protecting the Cataract Creek Wash watershed near a plot Drake is currently evaluating. There is no plan by Drake to mine the plot at this time, though Drake may decide to mine a portion of it for pozzolan in the future. A response from Drake CEO Enrique Rozas is also included.
